1. the sim card is not a micro sim card, only uses the nano size (all new phones and device uses micro sim these days) 2. To access a summary of your data usage, YOU must have a phone that uses nano sim cards and dial the USSD code to check the balance. The vodacom app cannot display any info but ONLY how much you owe vodacom. 3. The vodacom app is totally useless. 4. Disappearing data. 50Gb of data suddenly gone within 1 week of the new month. Happened the second time again. Suspecting vodacom employee's are cloning sim cards and accessing client informations for personal gain. Their reason for data gone is maybe "someone hacked our password and details". 5. Vodacom employee's will always refuses to help and will get rid of you like a smelly homeless man. 6. Internet speed is ok-ish in business emails and browsing internet, ********** with any video chats or youtube. 7. -10/10 for gaming, will get some disconnect and lagging.

If vodacom wants to refund my data, Hell no! They can upgrade my package deal to the 300Gb instead. This is the South African way...I want it for mahala.
