Vodacom / Burnard Raaff and Associates and MBD Inc bad service

The worst company ever. They handed over my account that had with them and i have been paying them on the bank details that was given by their lawyers by the name of Burnard Raff and associate's so i have been using my ID number as reference number and whejmn started paying they said its close to 4 grand and they suddenly started calling me 2 months ago that i have not been making payments which is bull****. And now i am being called by MBD people that vodacom handed over to them and its around one thousand and something so if i was not paying what reduced it and now they request me to send proof that i have been paying. I am ****ed because they need to request this from that rude white lady by the name of Trudie if im not mistaken. They are full of ****.
