Vodacom bunch of *****'s

Vodacom i think, like the rest on Hell Peter is bunch of *****'s. I have a Fexi 350 contract from Vodacom, i pay R480 for handset and R350 for airtime a total of R830 each month.

last month i found R2000 worth of airtime not on my phone because it expired Now if i pay R350 for airtime is it not my airtime?????

i want my R2000 airtime or i am not paying my bill.
