Vodacom... bunch of *******!

I have never in my life experience such useless customer care, I have been back and forth with Vodacom for over a month trying to upgrade my phone contract to a package that is not a complete *******. The packages and rates that Vodacom are offering is unacceptable and pure day light *******!!!! MTN offers 3 times the amount of date and minutes for the same price as that of Vodacom... complete *******!!! I am moving to MTN with immediate effect!
