Vodacom bull****ters

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I've received from Vodacom. I signed a 36-month contract with the understanding that my price would remain the same, but every year, I'm hit with a price increase. What's the point of having a fixed-price contract if it's going to change annually? I don't want more data, and I don't want to pay more. I feel misled and taken advantage of.

When I considered cancelling my contract in 2025 due to the price increase, I was quoted a cancellation fee of just over R500 for both contracts. Fast forward to December, and now I'm being told I owe just over R4000 to cancel - suddenly, there are subsidy charges that weren't mentioned earlier. It's clear that Vodacom can change the rules as they please, but when I try to cancel, I'm penalized.

After 20+ years of loyalty to Vodacom, I'm appalled by the service I'm receiving. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone again, and I urge others to think twice before signing up with a company that doesn't keep its word. Your policies seem to be designed to keep customers trapped and bleeding money. I'm done
