Vodacom bullies like a drug Cartel.

Would i reccomend Vodacom to my family and friends? NO, not even to my worst enemy. I was unhappy with their service, ended up closing and settling my account to free myself from the horrible experience. This is the 3rd month since I settled my account but it is still reflecting on my credit report with arrears. Apparently vodacom has not sent any updates to credit bureaus. I have been berging them for months now but they dont take it serious bcs I alr3ary paid the money in full. Customers don't really matter. It is hard to really close accounts than it is to open one. They are basically like a drug cartel. You can't leave peacefully. I paid full settlement to free myself but they refuse to send the same updates to credit bureaus wowww
