Vodacom bullies

I wrote the below review about a month ago:

have contacted Vodacom for more that 5times about the message that appears on the Vodacom App and have not got answers from them. Vodacom *****s my banked Vodabucks- for a month now there is message on the App that says if I don’t use the banked Vodabucks I’m going to loosed them- see attached screenshot- They don’t want their customers to accumulate vodabucks that were hardly earned over a period of time - It is not enough that they reaping us off, they now want ***** even the hardly earned accumulated Vodabucks.

Today: Vodacom has since then ****** about 30 vodabucks - Customers, check this message on your Vodacom App- Can someone please let me know where to report such activities(abuse, exploitation) of what Vodacom is doing- ITS A REAP OF…. Please help ..
