Vodacom bucks are a ***** that takes our money

In January 2022 I bought stationary Vodacom box and something at flonest and paid almost R900 using Vodacom bucks and I have made calls and sent emails and I was told in January they have escalates the matter I must send proof of payment and I did all that until today have not received any kind of communication from them and now the number that I called is no longer working even the company that use to take calls under Vodacom bucks doesn't exist when I search for it. Vodacom bucks are just a *****. They don't work and I have lost all hope on Vodacom to refund me or even if it's an apology.
