Vodacom Brookside & Vodacom at Victoria road in Pietermaritzburg Are ************s And ****mers!!

I have purchased a Samsung Z flip in the month of June 2023, in June 2024 the phone started giving me problems as it just created a line axactly where it folds and the button was not working. I took the phone to Vodacom Victoria road in PMB where I was told to pay R1000.00 towards access.

In September 2024 same thing happened again I went and report to the same store this time around I was told to pay R2000.00. I was so frustrated I went and report the matter to the lady at Vodacom Brookside who suggested that i should parchase the phone She told me that it was not correct that they made me pay R1000.00 as the phone was still under warranty. She told me to cancel the booking and she took the phone and promised me that I will not pay R2000.00 as the phone will be fixed under warranty. I have been made to go up and down between Vodacom Brookside and Vodacom Victoria as well as Liberty Mall. Time goes by I did not get any assistance through desperation I ended up paying R2000. 00. As I use the phone for work purposes.

Within a week collected the phone same thing happened again. They took the phone and promised me that because it was within a short period of time I will not pay anything. But now I have received call saying I must pay R3000.00 .

This has become straight up ******ion and I can't keep giving in and paying all the crazy amounts they request!!
