Vodacom Brooklyn’ failure to send approval code to Vodacom Wonderboom

I received the worst service from Vodacom Brooklyn when a consultant named Hope failed to check with other Vodacom outlets the availability of IPhone 15 double deal phones but instead opted to cancel the entire application that was approved out of spite as I had found the phones at Vodacom Wonderboom. This is appalling as it’s the same shop just different branches and I had to start the entire process all over again. I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years and this type of service is unacceptable
