Vodacom Brooklyn

<p>I opened up a contract with vodacom on the 29th of August. The staff were unfriendly and ill informed. I spent two hours filling in paper work only to be told they were having a stock-take that evening and I'd have to go back to pick up my phone and tablet. I spoke to the manager and eventually was given my phone but was told they were out of stock for tablets. When I got home I realised they had not given me my receipt, which is needed for the warranty (This is what they do when you don't take out there insurance in order to punish you). So I had to go back for that. After two weeks of not hearing from them I phoned them only to find out they had received new tablets days before, they had no intention of informing me even though they told me they would contact me. I went and got my tablet but was not given my sim card or my receipt, so I made yet another trip to get that even though I was at work, because no one else could pick it up on my behalf. When I got home and put the sim card into the tablet it didn't work. I have tried four different people from vodacoms helpline but they couldn't be more useless if they tried. This is the last time I ever purchase anything from vodacom. I have made five trips to vodacom and the problems just don't end. The only thing they were quick at was taking the money for the contract from my account, they were very efficient at that. </p>
