VODACOM BROKE MY WATCH AND THEN CHARGED ME TO FIX IT

I purchased a galaxy watch 4 and the battery doesnt last even half a day. I took it in for repairs and when I got it back the sensors where not working. When I took it back in for them to fix what they clearly broke they quoted me almost R4000 to repair. I contacted the branch in centurion mall where I took the watch and they said they would investigate why the costs where so much. A week later I got an sms saying I should come pick up the watch as I didnt accept the quote. No investigation took place. Now I have a fitness watch that I still pay for monthly that has almost NONE of the feautures promised. Frustrated and angry!!!! I hate having to settle for this
