Vodacom broke my phone and are now making me wait
I took my IPhone 6 plus for repairs to Vodacom Cape Gate, the screen started flickering after software update. What I thought was covered under warranty turned out a R5800 shock. I declined the quote and requested the phone be returned, so I can dispute the warranty issue.
When I went to collect the phone the screen was cracked badly. They told me the phone will be fixed.
Four months later my phone is still not fixed. When I phoned the repair centre last week I found out that the phone has not been booked for repairs.
The manager **** to me and kept telling me to wait.
I went to Vodacom offices in Church street, Durbanville to launch a complaint. Again I was promised that I would be phoned back on Friday with a reply on what is happening with my phone.
I was not phoned.
This is a nightmare.
I have been **** to and told to wait too many times now.
I want my phone and someone has to explain why I must pay for a phone that has not been in my possession for 4 months.
