Vodacom broke my phone

2nd review Vodacom (Promenade Branch) I booked in my overheating OBF device at Vodacom within the 7days they did a 7 day assessment phone came back still overheats booked in again 9 days later call again go to the store the phone's software needed to be updated done that already the previous time they unwrapped my new booked in device with 3 major cracks in the middle screen like what the actual hell are the technicians doing they have no care for nobody's devices but there own I advise anyone reading this never ever ever buy something from Vodacom not at any store they are going to investigate who broke my phone no I'm without a phone again mind you I paid cash for the phone it's utterly a disgrace I always taught highly of Vodacom but after this bad service we'll definitely go to court broke my phone now I'm the loser of my money for something Vodacom broke ICASA here we come
