Vodacom broke my phone, 4 months later nothing

Sent my HTC One (M7) in to Vodacom Brooklyn to try to get the cracked screen fixed. Vodacom quoted me R4800 which I naturally declined as a digitizer actually only costs about R500. Received the phone back where the bottom left of the phones body was completely destroyed. The initial damage report indicated what I told the manager, that the phone went in with only a cracked screen. I have to personally walk into the store to get any sort of communication from them, no phone calls or texts ever. It has been returned 3 more times unfixed, each time the manager tells me that it will come back fixed. Quite fed up now.
