Vodacom broke contract agreement

Vodacom has sent my account for investigation. They billed me extra, removed my discount, showed me t&c's that I have not signed. They have no answers for me. I'm now going into the next month with double my bill amount which I have completely settled last month.

I've spoken to social media team member, who escalated to senior managements department who then threw me to accounts department.

No one has answers for me. As an ex employee of Vodacom my story is very clear. I have signed for a contract that stipulates my discount price for an x amount of time which was cancelled by me no problem. I've signed another deal which is now running for 3 years at a rate of R299 for 600gb. Because there is no discount time stipulated I knew Vodacom will find every reason to try and upsell me because of the value of this package. I was told that there is a system error by Nomfundo and I might not have that package. She then pushed me to accounts department with a service request logged. After trying to get feedback. They have said an email was sent to me. There is no email, no feedback and it looks like I am heading into another month with being double billed. My discounts have been removed and Vodacom has failed to show me my contract papers that I have signed for.

As an ex employee of Vodacom, I have witnessed the pressure in the company to upsell a customer. Especially if his on an old package. All these tactics are now being thrown at me and no one has answers for me. I'm still waiting for a call promised to me from earlier. Nothing as yet.

I'm losing money, losing hope. If Vodacom fails to retain my package with my discount, this means that they have broken the contract agreement that I have signed for. I don't have time for court cases. But if Vodacom fails me, I will have to leave as a customer and escalate to the highest point possible. I'm not going to give up on a multi billion dollar industry that does not value me as a customer. I know how you'll work inside and there are some nasty seniors within the Vodacom company that feel authority is everything and customers won't have a say if they make a decision.

If someone big steps in, I have all emails, all calls and everything else logged. I'm lost for words at what is happening

To Vodacom Consumer Website Team. When a review is posted. Before responding, you need to see what's the status surrounding the account.

A consultant is not going to be qualified to assist me but rather push me to another department and then I'm going be thrown to another department with no answers. Hence my review. You have over and over again proved my statement in my review to be corrected. Please do not throw a consultant at me when this is already escalated to higher management.

I need answers. I need to know what's going on. Every department has different answers. The standards of this company has fallen to the ground. It's all about sales and money, not about customer care and looking out for a customer. This is not even my nature to be doing all this posting and nonsense on social media. It's pushing me to my limits, because I know the system inside the company. Those holding superior positions are too well protected, the very same seniors that can make a customers life a misery because of their position. Half the day is gone, there's still not a single update from yesterday. No one has contacted me.
