Vodacom- bring back my credit worthiness

I took a second contract with Vodacom via their affiliate partner call Elite-mobile. What they offered was completely different from what we agreed on and they Elite-mobile acknowledged they were at fault. I was promised that they will come collect their stock ( phone). It is being a year of waiting for them to come take their phone . Vodacom decided to take my case to a collection agent called MBD. This company calls every day around 6:30 am, harassing me. So I’m paying for the service I never receive.

The matter is now with Ombud and Vodacom is starting the they never received their. Wrong, they never collected their stock. Their stock has been laying in my drawer for a year now. This act by Vodacom has affected my credit rating. I can’t buy any assets as we speak, however still paying for something I’m not using.

Vodacom bring back my credit worthiness and MBD to stop harassing me.
