VODACOM BREDASDORP - shocking lack of product knowledge
VODACOM BREDASDORP: The shocking lack of knowledge and FALSE INFORMATION fed to me this morning by the male employee who served me, has cost me, a pensioner, R400 !!!! He should not be let loose on an unsuspecting public! Vodacom needs to ensure that this employee is properly trained !!!
