Vodacom breaks their own word and *****s my money

My contract was coming to an end and I gave them the relevant notice period but they've still been debiting money from me.

I called their cancellations dept today at 11:11am and spoke to a Mpho Ntswani who claimed that they haven't received any cancellation request.

After pressurising her for an answer she asked me to hold, I thought she was going to try and resolve my query but she threw me back into the queue instead.

She was rude and unprofessional and I'd like her unprofessional and rude behavior to be addressed.

I called back to the cancellations call centre and spoke to Lesego Maleka & I asked to speak to their supervisor, a certain Brian Bhebh. At the time of sending this mail Brian has not returned my call :(

See a mail from Vodacom to me on the 21 July below, Ive removed some of my cell digits to prevent spamming etc:

Dear Zaid Gamiet

Our telephonic conversation today on 82 826 ***1, refers:

Our records show that your contract end date, for cell number 082 826 ***1 is, 15.08.2015.

I've processed the contract cancellation, as per your request. The number will be converted to prepaid on the 01.09.2015.

Regards,

Clearice Witlouw

Customer Care
eService
