Vodacom breaking high court order for excessive cancelation fees

We gave vodacom notice to cancel our contract, they refused and wanted to charge us the full 6 months remaining, this is after vodacom was fined for excessive cancelation fees by the high court, so Im in progross with the ombudsman to open the case again, since they are in breech of the court order.

Please if vodacom is charging you excessive fees for cancelation, its against there court order, lay a complaint with the ombudsman.

"Kindly be advised that we were not able to make contact with you. Should the problem still persist, please let us know."

Why are you guys scared to contact on mail only?
