Vodacom breaches the Consumer Protection Act ( section 14)

I canceled a contract with vodacom , 6 months later and still strugling to get them to cancel the debitorder, i have talked to minimum five cancelation agents, every time they say the query has been uploaded and when i call again they have no history of anything on the system and the contract is still active , So far i have talked to Portia, Pumelo, Zinthle , Ronald, nkosi and 2 instore agents , This is a breach of the Consumer Protection ACt ( section 14)
