Vodacom Breaches Contracts!

When Vodacom breaches a contract they take forever to fix the problem and then eventually send you an sms to say that your inquiry is closed and there is no mistake. And they tel you they will call back and then if the phone rings 3 times the put down and don't even try again. The customer service centres are always super busy (3 guesses why...). Thabo who did my upgrade is so *********** and unhelpful i want to scream at him every single time i try to call. I also asked for my recording every single time i called in and I have yet to receive anything. I dare Vodacom to make them public.
