Vodacom breaches contract again and still, process to terminate contract
Good day,
I have complained and begged Vodacom numerous times, from Hello Peter to various store visits regarding no signal at our premises. I run a business almost entirely on my cellphone and the customers either cannot hear me or they do not get through and purchase the product from someone else.
The last few weeks you guys have upped the no/low quality signal by have areas that say NO SERVICE. Now the customers really cannot get through and if I had an emergency, what would I have done then? Send smoke signals?
I have begged and pleaded and you guys have sent numerous numerous technicians, or so you say and it just never gets better. I know that I am not your only client and that one unhappy client doesn't bother you much, but if my loss of business does not get your attention, I would please like to bring it to your attention again that under the Consumer Protection Act, Vodacom and myself have gone into a written agreement that I will pay you monthly, and you will provide me with a cellphone and service and signal. I do not have the signal, I am not getting the service so the cellphone is moot. You have broken the contract and I would like to request the procedure to cancel my contract with Vodacom without any further fees, including cancellation fees.
You have breached the contract that we both agreed on, it is my right to not pay you a cent further for something that is absolutely necessary regarding my livelihood and business. I am sure that lawyers on both sides will see it the same way.
Please also do not ask me to send an email to ********** as the mails bounce back.
