Vodacom breach of contract

Vodacom email Service;- Vodacom decides to change my free mailbox to Premium mailbox and I have to pay R29 per month for it. My contract is for free mail and I did not request it to change. When phoning customer care, they tell you that you don't have a choice. No correspondence was received in this regard. I was almost two weeks without my email and I had to phone customer care twice before it was rectified. Since they change my mailbox, I am unable sent any mail to a gmail email address. Furthermore, never in my life did I receive as many spam emails as I receive now after my mailbox was changed. It seems that Vodacom has given my mail address to all the spammers in the world.

Contract ;- I change earlier this year to another contract which is a Red 2Gb 400min Top up. The first month I paid R520 for it and the next month it went up to R549. When I ask customer service why did it went up, they inform me that is an annual increase and I have to pay that amount. As far as I know I have a contract for a specific amount for a specific contract and Vodacom can not change the amount in the middle of the contract as they wish. That is breach of contract. And since my contract was changed, my data do not last. Previously my data which was about 2,9Gb last me more that a month and was some data transferred to the next month. Now, after the contract change, my 2Gb data do not last me and is almost every month finished by the 20th of the month.

I am very unhappy with Vodacom and need an explanation from them.
