vodacom...breach of contract

we have taken out a contract on a Vodacom tab 10 but we were fed wrong information. Sabeegah has said they no longer have the keyboard and cover and its being discontinued and sales are going fast. we therefore took the contract out. within the 14 days I emailed to find out where I could purchase the cover and keyboard and they have still not rep****. to our dismay the online store and certain stores has this contract available again. why did they lie to us? we have been making numerous calls and all they do is make empty promises to call us back. we have even asked them to listen to the recording of the sale. seems to me they were only interested in the sale and not customer service. this is really pathetic service from such a big company as Vodacom.
