VODACOM - BREACH CONTRACT AS WELL AS LAW

I have an iPhone 6 and use alot of data. 2 years ago I my first iphone vodacom bill was over R7,000 so i vowed to never be without a data bundle. The commissioner should investigate how Vodacom and others for not informing people at the start of a smart phone contract of the need for a data bundle and then every such person gets slapped with a massive data bill.
Since then i have always purchased a data bundle when mine had become depleted. The reason i therefore subscribe to the notification service to inform me of this.
My account for this month is over R5,000 due to data because YOUR SYSTEM AT VODACOM NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT MY DATA WAS DEPLETED. You have to ask yourself why would someone, conscious of the need to buy data bundles and always rely on your system to inform them, why would they now choose not to be notified and use data out of bundle rates. WHY???
This is also not the first time this has happened, the other was almost a year ago around this time as well.
You either fix my account today to reflect in bundle rates for that data (as i won't pay for your malfunctioning system), or i will take you to court for breach of contract and breach of cpa.
