VODACOM BRAND NEW PHONES FAULTY SHOCKING SERVICE

I bought a phone from Vodacom Stellenbosch March last year 2017. The phone gave issues and i took it in to Vodacom Somerset west. They "replaced" my phone with a so called new one, however the box was damaged, opened and the accessories where not even in the box. I was told they looking into the matter. I received confirmation that there was an issue and they let the guy go in the service department at the time. All they did was give me my accessories.

I only activated the phone again December going into January this year. The phone started giving issues, ( the same issues ) so i was advised to upgrade the software etc which I did and if it still gives issues i need to bring it in. Which i did. Vodacom sent the the phone away to Johannesburg and the phone came back, they didnt even check for the issues that i reported on the phone. The reason was something completely different and i was also told that the new phone is not even a IMEI number of VODACOM. I took this up with Stephanie and Themba and they wanted to send the phone back to Johannesburg again. Making me call around on their behalf to find out what happened. I tried calling them they wouldnt return my calls nothing. I was advices from Vodacom yesterday they would call. I got no call.

The phone ( both ) werent even a year old and they were giving issues ( the same issues )

I went past Stellenbosch Vodacom where they advised me that due to me taking it to somerset west branch i should go back to them and the phone has a 3month turn around time to request a 48hr swap.

I havent even been able to use my phone properly as its for ever going in, and its just over a year now.

I received a shocking reply from Somerset west from Themba which i find very unprofessional.

I would like a brand new phone in a box CLOSED or my money back!

I await a reply with a prompt solution. I wont leave this here.

I have been nice for a while now but this is ridiculous.
