This is just another elaborate **** that vodacom has put together to get you to part with your money. Neither the SMS that touts you to achieve the required bonus airtime nor does the SMS that confirms achieving the bonus airtime mention any of the little tricks that they have up their sleeves. No transparency in the least - for fear that their **** would not work. Can you trust vodacom? I would not! The purpose of this post is to make others aware of this ****. vodacom claims that the bonus airtime will be used first - irrespective of whether you have data or airtime available. They claim to give you the bonus airtime - and only after calling them - advise that they will also determine how and when you use it. You have absolutely no control.

I understood that airtime cannot be used when data is finished - but vodacom have found a loophole around that by renaming it "bonus airtime" or perhaps they a law unto themselves.

I will spend additional funds and time to campaign against vodacoms *****ed way of treating clients. Call me David - but vodacom is no goliath - just a *****ed business intent on *********** people.
