Vodacom bogus adverti*****t on P30 Pro Huawei phone.
Vodacom advertise the P30 Pro and you will get a free watch and they did not have stock for the phone and that delayed the upgrade and now the free watch is also out of stock and now I am not getting the free watch as per there official adverti*****t.

I am not accepting the fact that Vodacom didn't have stock of the Huawei phone in the colour I requested and thus delayed the upgrade. The promotion included the free GT active Huawei watch and now there's 200 reasons why it's a problem.
It's like buying a motor vehicle with added features and accessories to promote sales and marketing and when the car is sold the accessories which was part of the promotion is now suddenly not included anymore.
How is that for fair and honest business.
Can you please escalate this to your CEO as per your company customer complaint official process.
