Vodacom blues
Dear Vodacom Since you are so responsive on this platform I will simply continue communicating with you here. Maybe if you had the decency to call we could solve this matter over the phone but you don't. So here it goes; No this matter is not resolved. On the 10th of February, as has been the case throughout the duration of my contract, I received a notification from you stating that my mandatory account limit has been reached and the subscriber has been softlocked. As per previous communications, I always receive this message just after receiving a notification that I have 197 MB left and once I receive the softlocked notification, I cannot access the internet anymore until my next monthly data is added. So tell me what happened in the month of February that the softlock only kicked in after my 500 MB was exceed by I am not even sure how much data corresponds to R4200!!! Here is my request; please explain why the softlock did not kick in in time in February and please send me a statement of websites accessed, time spent on those websites and the subsequent data amount charged for that duration for my use during the 6th to 9th February (as your response claims that this is when the data was used). I will also follow-up on my side with an IT consultant to download all pages that were accessed using this tablet during the same time. If there are discrepancies between what I get from you and what I get from my IT consultant, not only will I request you that you cancel that billed amount but that you pay this consultant as well for however much he will request from me. Please note that I have forwarded a request to have this contract cancelled so I would appreciate your speedy response to this matter as the cancellation department will not be able to cancel a contract that is still in debt. Regards Angel
