Vodacom blood suckers

After numerous calls regarding queries of unknown charges, vodacom claims to be the best network, yet rips people off. There is no feedback , yet the queries are logged. At the end of the the day they just expect you to cough up and pay for their mistakes

Contact was attempted, (one telephone call) and i assume you deem the matter closed, but nothing factual stated as reference was made to different issues. My initial request was logged December 2016. Please resolve the current issue and stop being covering your tracks. Its *********. Waiting to hear from you
