Vodacom Bloemfontein Loch Logan bad service and treatment by a whole store manager and in store agent Kyle when I decided to cancel a contract that I just took less than 2 hours ago, as Kyle left out some very crucial information about the product. They really need soft skills. Threats and shouting at customers. They were friendly when I gave them the sale, cancellation was something else. I was f*** out of the store and told that I will be thrown out if I don’t leave. I still don’t want this product as it does not meet my needs to work remotely but what do I do? Pay for something I can’t use. I demand the store manager to come collect it from me
