Vodacom blocks international sms sending
To whom it may concern.
The international sms sending STILL DOES NOT WORK from Vodacom number +***3 and it is urgent that we are able to send international sms to Austria and internationally.
Please can someone at VODACOM escalate this matter and resolve it once and for all , as I can still not send international sms. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now and it absolutely ridiculous.

We have still not been contacted and we can STILL NOT send international sms from ***.
This is almost 4 weeks now, but you have the audacity to charge us for every international sms - yet it DOES NOT go though.
We immediately get the message "Failed to deliver".
The problem and block is on your network and nowhere else. The simcard is open for international calls and sms, but your network/firewall blocks these.
Why does this happen? Can't you get your act together and provide the service we pay for and you charge us for international sms even if the delivery fails!!!!
I also want to be reimbursed for all these non-delivered sms to Austria +43 over the last 4 weeks.
