Vodacom blocking OTP's from Paypal and Amazon

I cannot get OTP's from Amazon and Paypal - they say it's a problem with Vodacom and they are trying to get fixed. In the interim only way of possibly doing it with another Service provider - I have spent hours on the phone to many Vodacom platinum agents and no one can help. Vodacom please help or you might be losing a long term customer who has 3 proper accounts with you.
