Vodacom Blocking Emails outgoing

Since last week vodacom email servers are blocking all out going emails as UBE ( unsolicited bulk email)<br> I have called there customer care line 3 times and still they do not know what to do to rectify the error on there servers. If you google the issue is a common fault on vodacoms side. I have escalated the problem to there service desk and still wait for their pathetic team to resolve. All I get is the same answer we will call you back / there servers are off line , call back later ETC. In the meantime I have no access to emails as it even occurs on there vodamail website as well.
