Vodacom blocking Dual Sim functionality
Good Day,
I purchased a Huawei P9 Lite last year to make use of the Dual Sim functionality as advertised. I now need to make use of this functionality only to find that Vodacom blocks this.
Cell C and Telkom mobile allows the functionality so who gives you the right to block it? This is false advertising.

You advised dual sim was tested and due to issue on the network it was not enabled. I find this hard to believe as smaller providers than Vodacom has this working. You've certainly lost me as a customer and hopefully other people will read this and follow.
I also don't believe the reason given for the functionality being disabled. The phone decides which sim to use for Voice and which one for data and the user can toggle between them so if you can tell me what issues exactly were experienced on the Vodacom network I might believe it.
I'm going to share this on all social media platforms as I'm tired of Conglomerates taking advantage of consumers. I'll also see what the CPA has to contribute.
