Vodacom blocked my even though payments were through debit order

I have paid my Vodacom account through debit order but they decided to block my account now I can't phone my suppliers my business is at standstill now because Vodacom blocked my line even though payments were made through debit order. I just want to cancel everything that says Vodacom.
