Vodacom bleeding their clients dry
I have been a client of Vodacom since 2003, and of late I have been having the worst experience with them and I am considering switching service providers. Since this economic crisis I am sure everyone is watching their spend and tightening their belts to save where they can; I definitely am so I have been watching my Vodacom account since I realised they have been adding extra recurring data bundles worth approximately R200 every month for the past 8 months or more. Every month I have to call and query this and the sales agents pick up an attitude with me and tell me I have been calling the call center to add these data bundles. This is ridiculous. My last call was in May to complain again and I spoke to a very helpful agent who reassured me that he had cancelled all extra lines and recurring bundles, he assisted with bringing my monthly bill down. Well seems as though Vodacom is just out to make money off its contract clients because once again I checked my account found an extra R200 has been added to my bill for June and July so I contacted the call center and spoke to the rudest consultant Deli Zwane *** who told me that I was the one who called the call centre to add this to my bill. Why would I contact the call centre to add recurring bundles to my account for the 9th of every month when my contract doesn't allow me to do so. I thought after complaining to Vodacom every month for the past 8 Months something would change or I would have at least been redirected to a manger to assist. But No one at this company cares about their client or their client service all Vodacom does is try and bleed their clients for every cent, because lets face it, its all about the commission at the end of the day right? Please all Vodacom clients check your statements.
