VODACOM BLATANTLY *****S DATA?

Last week Friday I receive a msg early morning from vodacom saying my data of 30Meg has been depleted, without me touching my phone (the whole morning). Stop at a store and buy R59 airtime. BEFORE I CAN EVEN ENTER *111# to purchase data, my airtime is R0.00. By the time I get to the section where I can choose how much data I would like to buy, I have insufficient credit. I go back, buy R59 again.... I COULD NOT EVEN BUY R12 DATA WITH THAT as my airtime disappeared within seconds, for the second time. I then phone someone to transfer 250Meg late afternoon, after I had spent more than R170.00 buying and recharging vodacom airtime which disappeared within seconds without me using any applications whatsoever.

This is also not the first time this has happened. It's the third/fourth.

My updates for all applications are OFF.

I sent a data enquiry and received a msg saying I have a scheduled callback within 24hrs ... I never received any call.

Who gives vodacom consent to use out of data bundle rates either? If that is the case? I know I never did.

I was told vodacom was the best, but Id rather be with a slower service provider than with one who blatantly *****s data from its users, any day.
