Vodacom blacklists after accounts were hacked twice.

For the second time our accounts were hacked and after the owner of the Vanderbijlpark came to see us personally to sort it out nothing happened and now we are blacklisted. We have not used the sim cards since May as we refused to pay bills of over R5000 even after the sims haven't even been active . After numerous phone calls (unsuccessful obviously) we are still at square one as every time they put you through to another section and yet another and at the end someone has the guts to say sorry we can't assist you.... actually so ridiculous. How do you sort this out?
