Vodacom blacklisting me for payment they received

Beggining of May called in to cancel my contract as it was due to end June 4th. The guy I spoke to persuaded me in to renewing the contract and gave me deals that are not advertised, when I questioned that, he said they keep those specials for their customers. So I eventually took 10gig of R150 and he advised me it will kick in 1st June 2020 and if not happy I have 14days. End May paid last payment of ending contract of R300 and on the 1stJun 10gig kicked in. Same day in the evening was left with 6gig, 4gone without even being on the internet. Called them on the 5th of June cause by then was left with close to nothing. Spoke to Tabisa Silimela and cancelled it, she tried also to twist my arm but refused and she said its cancelled, when I asked for ref she couldnt give me anything and she eventually said will sms it, but she never sent it. Called again the 11th spoke to Thando Manyamalala she advised it was not cancelled but will escalate it, she will cancel it but must phone in again the last day of the month, she also gave me no reference. When I called the last day of June I could not get through my nbr was blocked. I had to go to their branch in Waterfront, they called for me and eventually was cancelled and ref was given. I paid their R150 on the 29th for new contact.

Now yesterday 22Jul I checked my clearcore only to see my score dropped by 13 points because Im in arreas with Vodacom for R150 I did not pay. I called spoke to Tebogo he advised payment did not reflect and I asked how come this one did not reflect cause I always eft payment and they receive. Luckily I had proof of payment and I emailed him to the email he provided and I asked him to fix this and clear my name and I need feed back. Today I called Vodacom again and this agent said will log dispute and dropped the line, when calling back my nbr is blocked again. I sent several emails to Vodacom with proof of payment and asked them to clear my name and no one gets back to me, no one replies.

The reason I EFT my payments started last year 2019 March, after internally an open line was opened under my name. Staff member opened second contract under my name. Only realised when I was billed and after investigation I opted to pay myself. So many issues I had with Vodacom, I lost count, they disgust me, so bitter, so unprofessional. Was I the only client that made money for you for you to stoop so low. Fix this mess I wont give up until u resolve it. ***
