Vodacom Blacklisting Error

RE: EC-1RYZ-2K18JX URGENT CLARIFICATION: - 2ND REQUEST I have had a phone blacklisted by Vodacom, it is not and has never been on a Vodacom contract. I have been in touch via email ********** where it was requested that I send through proof of purchase, the phone was provided as part of an insurance claim, I have provided the invoice from the provider as well as the name and contact person at the insurance company.

Vodacom have now simply closed the case, firstly with no explanation, but after being pushed we received the following response.

Good day,

As per the response, kindly contact the supplier/s who provided the devices.

From Vodacom?s side the devices was provided to the corperate client on a new line.

Please take it up with Mr Moolman.

Regards Pinkie.

Clearly we have done all of this, the phone is physically with me, how can it be registered with another corporate client, unless in error by Vodacom.

||Impossible to talk to anyone at Vodacom, what do i do throw the phone away!!!

Someone at Vodacom please respond.

Yes the feedback is what I have posted, how on earth does it help for us to contact the insurance company they did not black list the phone Vodacom did. Vodacom claim this phone has been allocated to a corporate client with a different line, how is this possible I have the phone and have had it since October last year, clearly an error has been made on your side, how can you make it my responsibility to resolve. This is ridiculous, please can you check and send me the serial number of the phone that you claim to have allocated to a different number
