Vodacom blackfriday ****

Hi Vodacom Team,

I have done a black Friday deal offering a free Samsung 32" tv, this was done last year, submitted my tv licenses and Samsung confirmed delivery last year, up until now I haven't received my TV, called Samsung customer care a number of times and only to be told today its lost with the courier company, I made a number of calls at my cost, phoned your call center and they tell me to log this on hellopeter??? really??
