vodacom - blackfriday deal - never delivered
on blackfriday i purchased a tv and 2 beats pods. the beats pods arrived and were faulty ,no sound.
2nd the tv , we received a voucher and was told to go on the website, followed the prompt and then was told someone will call. its now end of January. no tv
on friday this week, the beats pods were fetched by the courier company, no feedback from vodacom to what will happen. when you send complaints, your ticket gets closed. when you inquire about answer, your ticket gets closed.
ive never been experienced such horrific service. the 3 items i have mentioned are worth r25000 and no response.
