Vodacom Black Friday Shake Summer
Vodacom Shake Summer.. On Black Friday i bought items from the Vodabucks store using my Vodabucks.. Still waiting for Confirmation or some feedback from Vodacom with regards to my purchases.. Called Vodacom 3 times already.. You just wait on the call and a consultant never answers.. Can i get an update on my Vodabucks purchases Vodacom?

05 Dec 2019, 13:52Good Day.. I have not received a call from Vodacom.. There are so many people who have placed orders on the Vodabucks store with no confirmation or reference number for the order.. This is very concerning.. Not even a call to give an update.. This is bad service.. I will refer this matter to the Consumer Goods And Services Ombud if Vodacom does not provide feedback..
