VODACOM BLACK FRIDAY **** - FALSE ADVERTISING & DONT DELIVER

I purchased a TV and Powerbank on Black Friday on VodaBucks App Store. Today I received an sms saying they CANT give my ITEMS because they DONT have enough stock and will give me a refund. I have an Order number and my payment went through on the day. This is unacceptable. I don't want a refund as I want my ITEMS I purchased! Vodacom SEEM to have a standard automated response too all complaints... apologies and our consultant will call you yada yada yada BuLL $#*@ I have never received a call nor a follow up on any of my complaints...
