Vodacom Black Friday deal

I app**** for one of their black Friday specials when the deal was still available only to be called now and told my application has been declined. The consultant that called me was lying when she said she phoned me previously and had an awful attitude. I never received a call from anyone at Vodacom. When I app**** for the deal it was still available. This is unacceptable!!
