Vodacom black friday ****

So my wife went to query the black friday deal for the PS5 addon and was told that it can be done and the term will be readjusted to her existing contract term. She accepted the deal in store and received a quote and was told its loaded on her profile but with no in store stock we will have to wait and will be contacted once the store receives a new shipment.

After many calls to the store and follow ups for almost 3 weeks we decided to go to the store just to be told that the promotion was discontinued and will not receive the console as we should've read the terms and conditions as there is no stock left.

Vodacoms black friday deals are just a **** to trick people into signing new contracts for these "add on" specials and receive nothing and now left with a 36 month contract.

Reviewer Update
So after many dropped calls and explaining the same thing over and over my we were informed that the call centre cannot help with this matter as the deal was done in store. Many different versions of a story and not one solid response from Vodacom. I would ask for this to be escalated but knowing Vodacom it will fall on deaf ears. Honestly horrible service.
