stil no feedback from response wtj regards to the issue. git a call on the 17tth December assuring it would be sorted and that Iwas being taken seriously....clearly vodacom has no regards fir customer issues ...bearing in mind they are WRONG and have deceived customers... perhaps they need to be taken to the ombudsman!!! going to leave me no choice....
