Vodacom Bills you, You just pay

Ref Z6a4<br> <br> More or less a year ago my data bill moved from a standard R300.00 odd rand to R7 000.00. after 3 months of vehemently not accepting this billing, it was sorted out and the R 7000 odd over charge was rectified. Much appreciation shown by me!<br> Move on 11 Months and boom, my bill moves from an average of R350.00 to R1135.00( October Billing). no difference in behavior over the last 21 years!!<br> How is this possible when I have asked :<br> 1.Vodacom to sms me when I reach 50% of data usage and 10% there after? <br> 2,I have requested that when 50% of my 5gb used I get warned? why has this not happened? I have requested that Vodacom soft lock the line after 5gb, why has this not happened.
